A Week Ago
It was awesome, this year I went as Link and
went as Saria. X3 Plus, many of friends/ family went along as well. I swear though, I did not expect to be THAT popular at the con... everyone noted that I was one of the best Links. o.o There was only about two or three Links there that rivaled mine. XD
was the best Saria there as well... there was only one other Saria but I think my luv did better still. XPthere are tons of pics of us online and on youtube!

We took plenty of our own pictures and videos, but I'm only going to put up a couple at a time.
We also met up with our friend
it was awesome sauce indeed.There were other friends we have that went but we never got to meet up with them though.

We intend to get there right around 9:30... so we'll have to get up EARLY to get there on time for 10:00. We will leave either if we need to... or when they'll end the battle sometime in the afternoon.

It's 40 minutes from my house if you guys wanna come over first, I know I'll be driving myself and Helen and whoever wants to come with me... or even you if your mom's ok with it.
Entry fees.... yes. The battle should cost at most $5.00, if it's anymore than that than I can help pay for you if needed.
That's about it, but ya gotta bring that short sword of yours the Order gave you. And if that leather viking helm works than that too.

Take your best route to I-270, N/W of I-495.
At exit 9, take Right Ramp onto I-370, towards Metro Station/Gaithersburg Town Center. Go 2.3 miles.
Pass under bridge and take Right Ramp onto Shady Grove Rd heading East.
Go about 1/4 mile.
Turn Right onto Briardale Rd. Go about 1/2 mile.
Turn Right onto Redland Rd. Go about 1/2 mile.
Turn Left onto Needwood Rd. Go about 2 miles.
Turn Right onto Beach Dr. Go about 1 mile.
Turn Right onto Needwood Lake Circle. Pass the small parking lot and continue until you see people dressed funny!
